LegUp Table Lift stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of the table lift (“the Product”) and offers the following limited warranty to the original purchaser.
The Product is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use and installation for [Duration, e.g., one year] from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies solely to the components of the LegUp Table Lift and does not extend to the original product being modified.
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. It also excludes damage to the original product not caused by a Product defect, and consequential or incidental damages.
To make a claim, contact Customer Service at [email protected] within 2 business days of finding the defect, provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue, and you may need to return the Product for inspection.
If the Product is found defective within the warranty period, LegUp Table Lift will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Product or its components, or issue a refund of the purchase price.
LegUp Table Lift ‘s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the Product’s purchase price.
This warranty is governed by the laws of Kentucky USA.
This warranty provides specific legal rights, and other rights may exist depending on location. Information on federal rights can be found by consulting the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
